The Buyer Profile System provides you with an email for each new listing that matches the search criteria which you provide.
Your notification happens instantaneously and at the same time that REALTORS® are notified, not up to 72 hours later on one of the public websites.
How does the Buyer Profile System work?
1. Your home buying needs are determined and submitted online (or phone if you wish).
2. We enter this information into an interface to the MLS® system.
3. You will automatically receive new listings by email.
Now what?
This competitive advantage requires you to act quickly; remember that many other REALTORS® are also arranging quick appointments for their buyers to view these new listings.
The broader the search criteria you provide to us the more new listings you will see, and initially we recommend this. You should never have to visit the public MLS websites again!
