John’s eagerness to point out potential flaws, liabilities, and risks to his clients, combined with his commitment to advance better protection for homeowners, has become widely recognized. As a result of his contributions, dedication, and peer respect, John was presented with a REALTORS Care® Award in 2010. His motivation is to influence positive changes in industry standards and to promote homeowner protection, including changes to codes and regulations. John says, “Volunteering is a way to stay in touch, bring about positive change, and has been my lifelong pastime and passion.”
