Summer Sunday Concerts – Rocky Point Park – Port Moody
The free Summer Sunday Concert series has been running from 2:00 – 4:00 every Sunday in July and August since 2007 at Rocky Point Park.
Some of the top Vancouver area bands provide a high energy R & B, soul, funk, blues, etc. Last year I posted on my Facebook, pictures of the Mainly Marley concert I attended; it was fantastic, just like all of the concerts I’ve attended over the years. What a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon B)
Port Moody is known as “The City of the Arts”, and Rocky Point Park offers one of the finest outdoor waterfront venues in the Lower Mainland.
The free admission allows patrons to voluntarily donate to the Crossroads Hospice Society, because the events are entirely funded by sponsors like Pacific Coast Terminals and TD.
